Shipping Policy

Shipping

All Items in my Store are Made to Order and usually ship within 5-7 business days, during Holidays please expect a turn around up to 7-15 business days. 

=Shipping Upgrades=

Each listing has an option to Upgrade shipping. This can be done during checkout, from the drop down menu.  

* First Class
* Priority
* Express Shipping: This does NOT express your order, the following day
* Rush Processing & Priority Shipping: This processes your order within 2-3 business days, or to honor your date needed. Order will ship via priority, following completion.
* Rush Processing and EXPRESS Shipping: 2-3 business day turn around, 1-2 business days delivery. 


=Shipping Method=

* I ship via USPS
* Domestic orders, will take between 3 to 5 business days for travel.
* Priority orders, will take anywhere from 2-3 business days to travel. 
* Express Orders, will take between 1 to 2 business days (depending on your location)
* USPS offers delivery confirmation number. While the number can give a general idea of where your package may be, it does not always reflect its current status.

=Lost, Stolen, and Undelivered Shipments=

USPS failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. Your order will ship, following my stated turn around time, for processing. 

*If your package shows "delivered", but you did not receive it, you'll need to contact your Post Office and file a claim. Please give them your tracking information.  


If your shipment is sent without insurance:
* SouthernBelle Bows is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are on the responsibility of the buyer.  
* I am unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.
* If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering.

=Shipment & Address Changes=

I strive to ship within my stated turn around. (Always posted on my Shop Announcement Page) Sometimes, life happens, including bad weather. If, I lose track of time, I'll be sure to send an update, notifying you of your status.  

Be sure to verify your address because:

* I will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. This includes Paypal addresses. I am not able to change your shipping address, after purchase has been made. 
* Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser. 

=International Orders=

* International orders are average 5-15 business days for delivery, however, items could take up to 3-6 weeks.
* SouthernBelle Bows is not responsible for customs delays, lost or stolen packages.
* International Custom Label is not a tracking method, but may allow updates.
* If you want a tracking ID it will need to ship FedEx or UPS. Please send us a convo before you purchase, there will be an increase in shipping.
